SHIPPING POLICY
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (Only by special request).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates/Location:
All shipping rates are dependent upon your shipping location. At this time we are only shipping domestically, but we do plan on shipping internationally very soon. If you are in another country and want more info on intentional shipping please email us and we will respond accordingly with all questions and concerns. Thank you.
Indienous Gems ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and PO BOX.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Indigenous Gems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Indigenous Gems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Please contact us via email for all future international orders. We will be happy to answer any and all questions for future purposes. Thank you.
Return & Exchange Policy

Here’s some helpful information for our shipping / return policies you’ll NEED to know.
All of our products are non-refundable. We do not process returns/exchanges due to the fact that your ordered product is custom made specifically for you. Once you place your hands on them, they become non-reusable to anyone else. This is our contamination rule. If you have anything missing or incorrect products were sent, please contact us immediately for any and all questions and concerns. You have ​3 calendar days to email an item from the date you received it. Please give us 24-72 hrs to respond to your concerns. Thank you.
